Cupping utilizes heated glass jars to create a vacuum on the patient's skin to treat stagnation, musculoskeletal issues, and adhesions of the tissues. It gives a very satisfying and interesting feeling of pulling instead of pushing on the body while releasing stress.

GuaSha, which means "scrape rash", involves repeated, pressurized strokes over the skin with the smooth edge of polished bone tool. GuaSha is very effective at releasing tension and stagnation in sore and tight muscles.
The most popular Western style massage modality is the Swedish Massage. Sometimes called simply “relaxation massage" or “traditional massage”, Swedish massage is both relaxing and invigorating. It is an excellent way to rid the body of tension and to achieve a sense of overall well-being.

Chair Massage allows me to bring BMB to you. The compact chair is the perfect valuable addition for group settings such as an office or break room, sporting event, corporate meeting, or party. The clothed chair massage can be brief or more comprehensive, energizing or relaxing and has many of the same benefits as a table massage.
Tui Na, which means "push and grasp", is believed to be one of the oldest forms of bodywork therapy practiced today with its origins dating back over 4000 years ago!
Tui-Na is a complete system of healing that uses massage and manipulation, stretching and mobilization to balance the flow of Qi, your vital energy. This clothed massage uses the same classical medical theory as acupuncture to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.
My welcoming office is conveniently located in the Health and Energy Center of Wisconsin on West Bluemound Road in Wauwatosa.
I offer flexible appointment times and a wide skill set to meet the needs of every individual.
In addition to caring for humans, I am also a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) since 2009 and have received training in Small Animal Massage Therapy. I offer home appointments and small group classes in this gentle healing gift for pets.
